The company provides high-grade lead generation, client intelligence, and market analysis solutions in a subscription-based service.
From its beginning as a bespoke market intelligence service, Vacancysoft has evolved into a research-based publishing business processing countless jobs per week for clients and analyzing economic trends in sectors such as finances, engineering, legal, marketing, and technology.
Vacancysoft’s services are used by over 40 of the top 50 largest recruitment firms in the UK. The company are also present in the European market with branch offices in Poland and Ukraine.

In 2021 Vacancysoft was seeking a new IT service provider that that could deliver not only hosting services but also a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support.
Additionally, it was crucial to have assistance and advice in cleaning up and upgrading existing environments, as well as resolving various application and database issues.
Solution – Virtual Private Cloud in MAIN Data Center
Vacancysoft, a British company, decided to discontinue its existing hosting and migrate its resources to a new provider. TNPI, one of the MAIN Partner Community member companies, recommended that the client explore the offering of MAIN, a Data Center services provider located in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
The management of Vacancysoft approached us for help in finding a cloud service provider who, in addition to traditional maintenance of infrastructure, would support their IT team in achieving key business objectives.
Without hesitation, we recommended MAIN, knowing that their approach to service delivery precisely meets the client's expectations.
Our engineering team conducted a thorough examination of Vacancysoft’s existing infrastructure. After analyzing the findings, discussing them with the client, and defining both current and future needs, we successfully migrated the company’s environment almost entirely.
We executed the migration using Veeam and deployed the new environment in MAIN Cloud, utilizing the leading VMware vCloud virtualization.
Additionally, we implemented 24/7 monitoring of services and virtual machines.
Since that time in 2022, MAIN engineers have been providing ongoing technical support to the client, advising on the security and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure.
During this time, they also recommended reorganizing the environment to achieve greater efficiency and cost optimization.
